  • How do I care for my Wabby Sabby® Items?
    We want you to enjoy your Wabby Sabby purchase for as long as possible! Here are our top tips to keeping it in perfect condition: -Machine wash on cool, maximum temperature 30 degrees (unless otherwise specified). -Wash inside out with similar colours. -We strongly advise using colour catcher/dye run sheets in the wash with dark, bright and bold colours. -Wash dark, bright and bold coloured items separately. -Do not use bleach -Do not tumble dry

  • What is your returns policy?
    -We offer 14 days to return your items, from the date of you receiving the order. Providing the items are still in their original unused, unwashed, sellable condition with tags still attached. -If the item you received is wrong or faulty, then please contact us at your earliest convenience: info@wabbysabby.co.uk where we will be able to assist you. -If the order is being returned in FULL then all items and additional extras should be returned in as new unopened condition. -All items must be returned in their original packaging with the original labels and tags still attached. -You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items unless it they are faulty and prior arrangements have been made by contacting us at: info@wabbysabby.co.uk -Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Wabby Sabby Limited, therefore we recommend you return items using a tracked service. -Please be careful when trying items on as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund if the product is returned with any marks, make-up, stains, smells or pet hairs on. -Please contact us at: info@wabbysabby.co.uk to start the returns process. So that we can advise you on the steps to take. -Please also allow up to 7-10 working days for refunds to be processed from the date that we receive the items back.
  • When will I receive my Wabby Sabby order?
    -All of our garments are currently finished in house, in our dedicated production premises. -Production times for orders will vary, especially for bespoke detailing and designs. -Whilst the majority of our orders will be dispatched within 7-10 working days, some orders may be delayed for a variety of reasons which are often outside of our control. -We therefore ask that you allow up to 21 days for production and dispatch.
  • Where can I find promotional codes and coupons?
    -From time to time promotional offers and discounts will be made available on our website and social media sites, so keep your eyes peeled! -Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotional code. -Only one code can be used on any one purchase. -Free Shipping is available on all orders over £100
  • What is `On Demand Sustainable Production`?
    -Within the fashion industry, it is estimated that around 30% of the products end up in land fill or are destroyed before ever being sold. At Wabby Sabby Limited we have a goal of reducing waste and becoming a sustainable brand.  -We have therefore adopted an ‘Embroider on Demand’ production model which sees the vast majority of our orders being produced only after the point of sale. This helps to massively reduce waste within our business. -All of our garments are currently finished in house, in our dedicated production premises in the UK. -All of our garments are ethically produced and bare the SEDEX and WRAP certification. Here at Wabby Sabby we are committed to sustainability over profitability.
  • What are your delivery times?
    -Delivery/Shipping times can vary, estimated times are set out below: From despatch: UK - 1-3 Working Days Europe - 3-5 Working Days USA - 5-10 Working Days Rest of the world - 7-10 Working Days -All orders are currently shipped from our UK premises. -We intend to start shipping internationally and will update the website accordingly once that option becomes available. (Please consider that there may be additional import charges depending on your location involved). What if I am not in? A signature may not always be required for delivery, if there is no one available to take delivery of your item, our couriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
