SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Tracked Delivery on all orders over £100

Royal Mail Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days £3.99

Royal Mail First Class Delivery: 2- 3 working days £5.99

 

Despatch times

The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Due to the bespoke nature of the items and our business model, embroidered items may take up to 10- 14 working days before despatch. We will endeavor to complete all orders sooner than this time frame where possible.

 Delivery of the Goods 

 We will give you a delivery note with each delivery of Goods. It will state the Order date, the Order reference number, the type and quantity of Goods, the storage instructions, and the outstanding balance of the Order if we are delivering Goods by instalments. 

We will deliver the Goods to you as set out in your Order within 7 working days of our notification of dispatch. However, Delivery dates are approximate, and time of delivery is not guaranteed.  We will not be responsible for delays that our outside of our control but we will notify you of any delays. Delivery will be completed when the Goods are delivered to the delivery address on your Order or the Goods have been collected by you. 

 If you do not take delivery of the Goods within 7 days of our first attempted delivery or the date they are available for collection we may cancel our Contract with you and notify you of this by email.  We will refund you any payment for the Goods (unless they have been made to your specification) but reserve the right to make a reasonable charge for delivery or storage costs.   

If we fail to deliver the Goods, our legal responsibility to you will be limited to your costs of the Goods. We will not be legally responsible to you for non-delivery if you give us inadequate delivery or other supply instructions. 

 We are allowed to deliver the Goods in instalments. If we do this, each instalment will make up a separate contract with its own invoice and payment arrangements. If an instalment is delayed, you may not cancel other instalments because of the delay. 

 If we refuse to deliver the Goods, you may treat the Contract as being at an end and we will reimburse you without undue delay. Alternatively you may, instead of treating the Contract as being at an end, specify a new delivery time or time period. If we continue to fail to deliver the Goods, you may treat the Contract as being at an end and we will reimburse you without undue delay. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer refunds or exchanges for any items you’re not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in perfect unused, unwashed and sellable condition within 30 days of the date you received it.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and with the original labels/tags still attached. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless it is faulty.

Returns lost in the post are not the responsibility of Wabby Sabby Limited so we recommend you return items using a tracked service. 

Please be very careful when trying products on as we will not be able to arrange an exchange or refund if the product is returned with any smell, marks, stains, makeup or hairs on. 

If you do not comply with the above please then do not send your items back to us, please email us at info@wabbysabby.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you.

Exchanges

Simply select the new size/colour when submitting your return and we will ship the new item out to you free of charge. 

How long will my return take to process?

We aim to process all returns/exchanges within 14 days of us receiving the goods back in our studio, however in some busy periods this may take longer. We will do our best to process them as soon as possible for you.

Items not able to be returned

Due to the bespoke nature of some of our items any additional personalisations, embroidery or embellishments added to the standard designs or products means that they cannot be returned for a refund.

Faulty items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience it may cause. Please inform us within 14 days from receipt of the item and we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible. Please email info@wabbysabby.co.uk providing images of the item so that we may assist you
